If your office equipment is requiring one time servicing, we will typically have same day response time to your service request. All time and material are billable to the customer.

Preventive printer and cleaning services:
Our service technician will visit your office or your site to:
- Clean the printers.
- Check all toner supplies.
- Adjust and lubricate all the moving parts in the printer.
- Solve minor printer repairs.
- Recondition printer pick up rollers and paper transport assembly.

Inventory management plan:
Our service technician will visit your office or your site on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on your supplies needs.
We will provide you with the written report for each toner quantity and printer status with following details:
